About Me

I’m Máiréad Duffy, an art lecturer with over 30 years of experience  teaching Art and Design both overseas and here in Northern Ireland, teaching all age groups and abilities. 

I’m passionate about Art and Design and love to use various mediums such as acrylics, pen, oils, pastels and watercolours. I carry out commissions  in my home studio in Keady, County Armagh. I also exhibit my work  in solo exhibitions, craft fairs and as part of the Armagh Art club of which I am a member. This is a perfect way for me to engage with audiences and followers and I enjoy the interaction. 

I have found that Art is a fantastic means of relaxation and many people attend my classes and exhibitions for that reason, the need was clearly evident during the past two years. I am always happy  to share my knowledge as I know how rewarding the process is.
